Use of the platform

You may use Avanta Drawings for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Intellectual property

All drawings, annotations, and content you upload remain your property. You grant Avanta a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Liability

Avanta provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uptime or availability, except where specified in an enterprise service level agreement.
